Dr Gordon Harloe is the Chief Executive Officer of Clinipath Pathology and Bunbury Pathology.  Gordon took on this role in January 2003, and in this position he covers both administrative and clinical functions. Gordon is committed to ensuring the continued delivery of a consistent, accurate, reliable and excellent diagnostic pathology service for all of our patients and referring doctors.

Dr Gordon Harloe is a graduate of the University of Rhodesia and specialised at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town as an anatomical pathologist. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists and attained the Australian Medical Council Certificate in 1987, upon arriving in Australia. Gordon initially worked in the Northern Territory as pathologist in charge of Peverill's Pathology Laboratory and subsequently moved to Western Australia as a partner in Western Diagnostic Pathology. His most recent previous position was Head of the Histopathology Department of St John of God Pathology.

Gordon continues to practice as an anatomical pathologist. His special interests include dermatopathology, gastrointestinal pathology, orthopaedic pathology and cytopathology, including performing fine needle aspirations. Gordon is an active member of the West Australian Melanoma Advisory Service and Member of the Bone Tumour Registry panel.
