Upon referral to the clinic by your General Practitioner, you should contact our staff to arrange a convenient appointment.
At this time our staff will briefly explain the requested procedure and any special pre-treatment requirements e.g. previous blood test results.
You can contact the clinic on (08) 9476 5209, if our staff are busy when you call, please leave a clear message with your contact details and they will return your call as soon as possible.
Alternativly you can email your request to xxxxxx@ccc and provide
- Full name
- Date of Birth,
- Contact number and
- Service required- for example, Iron Infusion, Appointment required with specialist.
